When departing VFR from Egelsbach northbound the normal procedure is via "Tango" and the Metro VOR.
On the info Frequency of "Langen Info" at 119.15 you can also request a midfield crossing at Frankfurt Intl. in 1500 feet which brings you directly to the reporting point "November".
